Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Marketing Mastery LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Marketing Mastery LLC provides B2B marketing consulting and related services to enterprise clients. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of engagement will be detailed in separate service agreements executed between the Company and the client.

3. Client Eligibility

Our services are designed for B2B enterprises generating a minimum of $250,000 in monthly revenue. We reserve the right to verify eligibility and decline engagements that do not meet our qualification criteria.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, frameworks, and materials provided by Marketing Mastery LLC remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through written agreement. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes as specified in individual service agreements.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, business strategies, and proprietary data. Reciprocally, clients agree to maintain confidentiality of our methodologies, pricing, and proprietary approaches.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, invoicing schedules, and payment methods, will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Mastery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
